flau、術ノ穴などからのリリースでも知られる希代のトラック・メイカーGeskiaの通算7枚目となる待望の最新アルバム『SFIMT』！
前作『Silent Of Light』に続きPROGRESSIVE FOrMよりリリース。

本作の特徴は何と言っても収録全10曲にちりばめられたボーカルやボイスの存在であろう。その意味ではGeskia初のボーカル・アプローチなアルバムとも言える。

フィールドレコーディングを始めとした多種多様なボイス素材の声や歌のフレーズを分解し、ピッチを様々にいじったものを再構築してオートチューンで歌わせるという手法を取っており、男性らしく聴こえる声も元は女性の声だったり、その逆もあり、楽曲を構成する楽器の一部として声に性別としての役割はもたせてはいないが、そこには強烈な存在感と魅惑的なメロディー・ラインが奏でられている。

アルバム全体としては、都会的な影の部分や現代的な響きは意識して取り入れており、個人的な憂いや倦怠感などの渇きを都市の生産的で肯定的な躍動感と対比させた部分、またそこから産まれるのはパーソナルな核になる孤独感と多幸感にスポットを当てて表現されています。

アートワークは、術の穴のアートワークは映像なども手掛けるlenoが担当。
