1997年「Multiphonic Ensemble」名義での作品発表を皮切りに、様々なコラボレーション、映画への楽曲提供、自身のレーベル『cirque』での作品発表、また坂本龍一を中心とする「hoon」への参加など、多岐に渡る創作活動を世界規模で実践してきた半野喜弘。今までにも増してビート／リズムへのこだわりを表現したこのアルバムは、ヒップホップ／ハウス／テクノ／エレクトロニクス／現代音楽／ジャズなどのさまざまなサウンドを通過してきた半野の、パリ／ベルリンそして東京で書き下ろされた2002年の真実である。

Starting with the release of the work under the name of "Multiphonic Ensemble" in 1997, various collaborations, providing songs to the movie, releasing works on his own label "cirque", participating in "hoon" led by Ryuichi Sakamoto Yoshihiro Hanno has practiced a wide variety of creative activities on a global scale.
